Giving K a wicked smile, Viktor guided the hand that was closest to his collarbone up to caress his neck instead. Viktor turned his head a little bit, putting his neck on display. The other hand is guided down below the water on to Viktor's inner thigh. Having a Familiar bond does make this more fun, but Viktor would be just as happy to be fully closed and resting his head on K's shoulder. The idea is just being close for closeness sake.
