A general description that's subject to change as inspiration strikes:
The interior of the home Zephyr's given K has a cosy, cottage feel to it, while maintaining a hint of the more spartan modern aesthetics of his apartment in his home world.
Plush armchairs, a sofa, and a loveseat provide seating, positioned around a rustic coffee table, and there are an abundance of throw pillows besides. A few pillows have been arranged on the soft rug near the fireplace, with a stack of old tattered books nearby to mark where he's been spending his time when not practising on the piano. There's unlit candles there as well. A clock hangs above the mantle.
The piano he restored himself sits in the living room, usually positioned to face the windows; he moves it occasionally to better enjoy the sunlight while playing. There's also a record player, courtesy of Renart.
The expansive skylight in the ceiling offers a pretty view of the sky, and there's also a bay window. The flooring throughout his home is hardwood and stone, with multiple rugs here and there.
Planters of cheerful-looking flowers and other various greenery line the windowsills, the mantle, the shelves. There are bookcases filled with other books Zephyr must have correctly guessed he'd enjoy — in better condition than the tattered books he'd already owned. The bright overhead lights are usually left off toward the evening hours, leaving just the softer glow of the various lamps or candles to provide light.
The kitchen follows the same cottage theme, with all the expected amenities as well as a table big enough to seat several guests. The bathroom has a shower as well as a full bath, vanity, and toilet. And of course several more plants, because Zephyr must have thought K needs more greenery in his life (and he does). There's a connected laundry room.
His bedroom features another skylight and wide windows, a comfortable bed, nightstand, wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and more bookcases.
There's at least one spare room, presumably intended for storage, as a hobby room, or, with the addition of a bed, perhaps a guest room.
All told, it's the sort of fantasy home he could've only imagined having, before. It's still hard to believe he's allowed to live in it.
Update: During the Friend or Foe event Al wished for K's LAPD-issued spinner for him (thanks buddy!), so he now has his flying car parked in his yard.
