Preferences

I'm okay with brackets or prose and will match formats. I enjoy both long and short tags and don't expect you to match the length of mine. I'm happy to thread with characters of any age, and from any medium, including OCs. This is an ever expanding but far from exhaustive list. If something you want to play with me isn't specifically mentioned here, just ask me about it!

Some things I'm interested in:

-Found family dynamics.
-Ride or Die friendships.
-Really any kind of close CR in general.
-Mentoring.
-H/C playing either side, preferably balanced with both characters getting a chance to be the hurt and the comforting party.
-Wireplay and interfacing.
-Exploring personhood, identity, and autonomy. Especially within the context of being a slave and synthetic being.
-Exploring gender identity and expression. K wasn't socialised as a man or even as a person, but as an object, a machine, a thing, and this informs my portrayal of him.
-Other characters engaging with K as an android. He is not human and doesn't want to be treated like one. Treating him like a person, however — that's good.
-Exploring K's programmed obedience, including another character owning him and what that would entail. A few more detailed example scenarios are described further down.
-Characters experiencing something for the first time together.
-Introspection.
-Intimate bathing/grooming scenarios.
-Characters sharing soft, emotional moments of any kind.
-In shippy scenarios, K tends to be the one who takes the initiative and pursues and romances his partner; it'd be fun for him to experience being pursued and romanced too.
-In sexual scenarios, exploring how the characters relate to each other, especially mentally and emotionally. Not really interested in smut for smut's sake.
-Exploring the unique owner/android companion dynamic of your character owning K. Some popular examples that come to mind include Miguel O'Hara and his assistant AI Lyla, Tony Stark and Jarvis. Open to it being a positive or negative experience or anything in between.
-Similar to the above, exploring a dynamic like that of Rain and her android companion/protector/brother Andy in Alien: Romulus. Or K in a role like that of the androids Ash, Bishop, David, Walter, etc. in earlier Alien movies, or serving as a group's Unit à la the Murderbot Diaries, assisting (and forming complicated attachments to) his human crewmates/contractors.
-AUs along the lines of Raised by Wolves and I Am Mother with K acting as the android caretaker to a human(oid) of any age.
-A Dune AU has always seemed interesting, with K as a type of more evolved thinking machine/android, perhaps created specifically to aid Leto and Paul and House Atreides, or other characters.

Some things I'm not interested in:

-Negative CR that has no chance of evolving, that's simply negative for the sake of being negative. My character being a permanent punching bag just isn't very interesting to me.
-Other characters trying to invalidate K's identity or experiences as an android.
-Gatekeeping of any sort about AI/androids.
-Love triangles. Which I don't consider polyamory. I'm willing to consider polyamorous ships if it makes sense for the characters and there's clear OOC communication between all of the involved players, though K might struggle with it, given his natural inclination and preference for monogamy. But love triangle shenanigans are a hard pass for me.

Some things I won't play:

-Infidelity in an established relationship, cheating storylines.
-Non-consensual sexual violence.
-Animal abuse/death.
